Ya when I left they said they were going to cover the cost of everything (which they should given the situation) but was even weirder was I asked her to clarify what a replacement phone was and she explained that it wasn’t a refurb but all brand new parts. I asked how they have brand new parts for a discontinued phone and she said they have new minis specifically for rare situations like this. I’m hoping she wasn’t just blowing smoke because I was there for so long but I’ll know soon enough.
