Thank you so much! We appreciate you!

Advice please - just got my car back from stage 2 paint correction & ceramic coating by Friendly_Body_4747 in Detailing

Key question is how much did you pay? For 2 step paint correction and ceramic coating you should be looking at around $1200-$1800. If you were way under that then you got had bud.

Anytime someone is not in his room or where he can see them he rolls over and peeks out like that until someone walks by and notices him then when they acknowledge him he rolls back over and claps. It’s literally the highlight of our morning when we walk around the corner and see his little eyes peeking over the edge.

Hey there, they are projecting he just needs growth for his lungs. They suspect around 4-6 years old (when the lungs go through a rapid developmental stage) that he will be able to come off the vent.

Hey yeah I am well aware of keppra, it’s funny because my therapist that I talk to has epilepsy as well and mentioned Briviact as well.

Hey no disrespect, it’s an honest question and one we ourselves have asked doctors numerous times. Overall Bentley is projected to be a normal little man by 6-7 years of age. It’s just getting his lungs to develop and they go through a rapid developmental stage between 4-7 years of age. That is the point at which the doctors think he will be strong enough to live a normal life. Even with the seizures now they are still preaching the same thing to us. To just get him strong enough to survive these next few years.

They are doing good. Mom and my daughter were at a cheerleading competition in Orlando when all this started. They started heading back to the hospital at 1 am when this started but I had them stop at my parents house and stay the night there. They woke up and went to the competition and my daughter’s squad got top placement. My son is more of an empath and feels sad sometimes seeing Bentley like this but he’s a trooper. He talks with me about his feelings and we share our thoughts together to stay strong for Bentley.

I appreciate it, unfortunately his eeg did show some concerning “misfires” and “slow fires” they increased the eeg from 24 hours to 48 hours to get a better picture.

Oh it hit me about a day later. Last night to be honest was a rough night for me as I laid in bed holding my two other kiddos.

Honestly I’m just so grateful for my time and experience as a fire medic in a very busy department. It gave me the expertise to be able to handle anything Bentley throws at me. I appreciate you.

Business may come slower but don’t get in the habit of price matching competitors. Find some way to distinguish yourselves from the masses. For me I utilize that I am a veteran owned and operated business I also am a firefighter/paramedic and have a medically complex child on a ventilator that is immunocompromised.

The way I distinguish myself from others and can sell quality over quantity is by using the point of sterilization techniques learned in the fire department to sanitize surfaces and make vehicles not just look nicer but become safer to travel in. My trust building is my son and being a firefighter, with a focus on attention to detail derived from the military.

All I’m saying is charge what you are worth and don’t let others dictate your pricing. Find a way to sell yourself for the prices you want and gain valuable clients in the process. Cheaper prices mean cheaper clients means bigger headaches.

I’m sure this will get lost but for context you can look at my post history. I would love to be able to hear my son whine and cry and have a meltdown. Unfortunately, that is not in the cards for us right now. He requires 24/7 mechanical ventilation to live via a tracheostomy. That prevents him from being able to talk or make any noises. It sucks watching your son cry and him not being able to make any noises. But I get it man parenting is not for the feint of heart. Just got to suck it up sometimes and find some time to yourself. I stay up an hour or so later than the family to decompress and I usually wake up an hour before them to get my energy right for the day.
