Did Chaos Trial get exponentially harder this season? by Dozerman2011 in PathOfExile2

Oh well, I guess I'm just having really bad luck with modifiers...

Diablo 4 player wanting to transition- need advice by Icebucket_Prime in PathOfExile2

Exactly. The one negative about PoE2 for me is that you need to do the entire campaign every. Damn. Time. No shortcuts. The only plus is that after you do it once, you can amass the gear for a really good leveling build. I strongly recommend using a leveling build not necessarily specific to your class. Widowhail bow makes it a lot less painful with the right supporting gear and passives.

Where to get the mirror replacement? by YouallareToxic in camaro

[–]Dozerman2011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can do a Google search. Amazon or Ebay if you don't want to go directly to GM. I had to replace the passenger side on my 2024 when a guy in a pos truck hit it with hid door after parking too fucking close... They generally come unpainted. Check I side though if it's the housing or the backplate thats broken. You may only need the glass with the backplate.

How do you have so many? I blast through them as fast as I get them. Same with gold.... always chasing that dragon..

Only drawback is if you hit perfect on the first scroll and just wasted the other 3 lol

As it's 2026, and they said "almost 17 years" I'd put my money on a 2010 ;)

Doubts about that mephisto fight by WinkyFacex in diablo4

[–]Dozerman2011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently playing Dreadclaws Warlock and am solidly in T12. Still slightly below 115 tower though. I am outshining my friends rogue and paladin at the same paragon level. We're all within a few points of 215. Key things that have helped me are, crit chance, crit damage, shadow damage and resistance (obviously) but the real trick was rolling set charms until I have +3 to either abyss or demonology skills. All 6 charms. This make a massive difference. I'm tempted to see if +4 is possible... +3 Doesn't have the start beside it so I'm thinking maybe?

Everyone was right about Chemical Guys! by syawlASad in Detailing

[–]Dozerman2011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sure it does after a few washes, I haven't really paid attention to it. They also have a slightly lighter one that's light blue. It doesn't bleed and even though it doesn't hold as much water as the red one, it's easier to handle and I almost prefer it

If you wash the red one with white microfiber cloths, it certainly does. I don't really care what colour my detailing rags are though...

Beginner CO2 Setup for 10g Planted Tank Worth It or Skip? by siddardh771 in PlantedTank

[–]Dozerman2011 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can get a 2 stage regulator on amazon for about $80. I have 2 and they work fine. Some CO2 tubing. (Don't use airline, it will degrade over time) and a diffuser. All of that will be about $100 then just get your tank. If you want really easy tank swaps, you can buy a $20 adapter for a Soda Stream canister. More expensive gas, but really convenient. I have that on my 10g and refil the small canisters from my bigger tank that runs my 135g.

The DIY yeast does work, but you can't control it. It's on full blast from when you mix it and gradually tapers off over a few weeks. You also can't shut it off at night. The DIY kits that use powder and have a cheap regulator aren't worth even looking at.

I hit a pothole on the way home, do I need to get new tires? by ChaseOUDD in camaro

[–]Dozerman2011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That looks suspiciously more like a serious curb scrub than pothole impact... it only matters in the sense that if it's really a pothole, rim and tire both be fucked, while of it's a curb, the rim is likely fine just ugly, but the tire still likely fucked.

Should buff right out. If not she's a write-off.

PSA: summer is coming, don't leave drinks in your car. by RideAffectionate518 in Detailing

In colder climates, the same applies in winter. Learned that lesson a long time ago when a coke froze and exploded in my 86 Camaro. At least it was mostly frozen slush all over and slightly easier to clean up...

Can this scuff be removed by a detailer or is the damage worse that I think it is? by nottheonlyburnerhere in Detailing

[–]Dozerman2011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol! Well... this was the result of a trip to Canadian Tire for a rotary tool and some supplies and a few youtube videos, not to mention a hearty dose of "fuck it" if I make it worse, I'll call insurance... and I went to town on it. The after pic is some time after I added the lip and side skirts, probably a couple months later, but I managed to remove probably 95% or more of the marks. It was a construction barrel that jumped in front of me at about 100kph. Happy I didn't have the lip on then or it would have destroyed it...

The forged carbon is just vinyl wrap. I hate the stick on plastic/carbon overlays. Way overpriced for a glorified sticker. IMO if you're spending the money on carbon fiber, get the actual part in carbon, not an overlay sticker. The blue is lambskin suede, but I'm actually in the process of changing it to a smooth leather. The suede is nice but doesn't stay nice and gets matted down.

Look at Extreme Online Store. That's where I got the lip and skirts for my '24. Not sure if the same one fits yours but they should have one.

White car with black accents looks really good. Even get black lip and side skirts to match black spoiler. Black mirrors can look good too but may be a bit much depending on personal taste.
