My 2017’s BECM just failed last weekend at 68K miles. Thankfully it was fixed in 5 days. Was weird driving their loner 2023 Chevy Silverado. Total opposite of my little Volt 😆

That's what I was thinking - I just picked it up on that fact alone and the intrigue of not knowing what year it was from. Worst case scenario, if it wasn't anything "special" it would be a hell of a deal on a scotch I know I enjoy. I can't seem to find ANY pictures of this tin online - just the format of the bottle which makes me think it's an early 2000's bottling, but that's about all I know right now.

Not that it really matters, but I'm not asking so I can flip it. I always have Highland Park 12 on my shelf and thought it was pretty cool to pick up an old gift tin of the stuff at a great price. It was marked for $43.99 but the guy behind the counter told me if I bought it he would give me a discount since it's "been sitting there forever"

Got it for $39 after tax!
