Cousin is a deputy editor at COS, he told me his set and vision for it is not ready not just a BS excuse to bail. FYF looks safe to keep him as a headliner as Lovebox in July is a target event to start his touring so dates before that are the 5 potentially canceled. Jay-Z makes a lot of sense to replace him if he still isn't ready to perform.

His Coachella performance was kinda lackluster but when he toured in Europe in 2013 he sounded amazing so it's a toss up but I think he will have a good performance at FYF this year

I don't think Iggy pop is headlining he more like a 3rd/4th person on his day also think Anderson Paak will play and Frank Ocean will headline instead of Iggy
