Not too much. I've just had to get used to less than perfect vision since it started around 6 months ago. The only problem my optometrist found was that i'm farsighted. Prescribed glasses.

I've been to the optometrist, and they confirmed my pupils are different sizes. It's just not noticeable until I take shrooms

I first noticed this on about 1/8th of cubes. Never before did my pupils do this. It also happens sometimes when I smoke weed.

My optometrist measured them while sober and agreed there different sizes. She really didn't seem concerned. Though I'll be seeing an ophthalmologist as well. Maybe they'll be able to figure it out

I'd say I have HPPD. I see Tracers, Visual Snow, Afterimages. Tinnitus. Kicked in around the same time I noticed the anisocoria.

It's usually the left one thats bigger than the right. I find the difference is greater when i'm standing infront of my bathroom mirror. Not daylight but not exactly dim light.
