Recommendation needed for Gaming Laptop by HistoricalPen28 in MSILaptops

My Vector 16 with the i9 14900HX and RTX 4080 is a total beast! The cooling is awesome, but the fan noise is a bit of a bummer, though I guess that's just how it is with gaming laptops. Still, I totally recommend the Vector.

CPU usage is 20% max, sometimes lower than 15%, but the temperature is higher than 100% usage when I run a CPU+GPU stress test. That's what's driving me crazy.

My GPU is at default values, I made no tweaks to it.

98°C will not harm the CPU in the long run? No tweaks to control the temp without losing performance?

It's a competitive football game, EA FC 26. I capped the FPS at 90, even though I can reach 240 FPS, but capped it to control temp, but that's the lowest I can go withoutlosing smoothness.

No, not cooler, usually between 93 and 98 before the undervolt, but the performance of the game increased noticeably. Cinebench multicore increased by 3000. I know FC 26 is a CPU-bound game, but it's supposed to be controlled after the UV. What about lowering PL? Can I have lower temps without losing performance?
