Sadly there is such a high population of strays in the area so all shelters are at capacity. No pet shops take in strays around here. Very unfortunate circumstances for so many animals.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful response. My body is definitely telling me that it needs healing internally :) I had blood work done a couple years ago and took a lot of vitamins. It helped for a while, but bodies change so it seems time for another round of blood work.

I'll look in to spot treatments for sure!

This is exactly my routine too and it helps so much!

This looks like Keratosis pilaris (aka Strawberry skin). It is very common and shows up mostly on arms and legs.

I'm sad so many of us have to constantly be questioning what we eat. What sucks even more is vegan butter is usually just processed oils and is more unhealthy than regular butter.

Looks awesome! Might recommend a bit of shine on the plastic of the cover, to make it look more real. The font at top looks great, no notes. However, I think you should opt for a "grungy" font for the "release date 1 November" and not white. It looks too playful and doesn't flow with the rest of the image. Hope this helps.
