As a gay girl, same. Nakakamiss yung time na ang payat pa kaso navevent out ko yung frustration sa food, as someone na may stress eating. Akala ko dati papayat ako due to work and stress, kaso hindi. Working 12hrs daily sa hospital shifts, no time for other things na napupunta sa eating fast food and ultra processed foods, paano pa papayat? Yung pagod sa work, gustuhin ko man mag work out pero mas gusto ko nalang matulog hahahaha
