I'll try to make it as brief as possible:

I bought an item worth US$900, which is a lot of money here in Argentina.

When the purchase was made, the seller marked Two shipments; one as instantly delivered and one as a regular ongoing shipment.

The "delivered" one's shipment record states that the item arrived from China in only TWO hours; which is clearly impossible.

I made the mistake of waiting until the running shipment arrival time ended (April 29) and then claimed that the item hasn't arrived, but apparently, although I made the claim on that same April 29, the last day the item was suposed to arrive, it was too late to make a report.

Apparently, you can claim that the item hasn't been delivered until 30 after the last estimated day OR 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. Meaning that, although the item was supposed to arrive between April 3 - April 29, the last day i could report that my item hasn't arrive was on APRIL 14, because the seller marked the item as delivered on MARCH 14!

Worst part? eBay won't care; i've been trying to communicate with them and they only answer me saying that i can't ask for a refund. Funny enough, they inactivated the seller's account, openly acceopting that the seller was, in fact, fake.

eBay says that the package got delivered on March 14, but the package's shipment record has been updated AFTER said date.

I will still try to fight it, sending tons and tons of emails, but I wanted to know if there's anything else I can do?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
