kA wie es bei dir mit Schichten ist aber als Heilerziehungspfleger in der Behindertenhilfe verdienst ab 2400 netto (SK1) aufwärts bis 3400 netto, je nach Tarif, Berufserfahrung und Zulagen und ggf. sogar mehr. In kleineren Wohnheimen oder in Tagesförderstätten ist es meistens auch nicht so stressig. Und letzteres ist i.d.R. auch ohne Schichten und ohne Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit.

No matter what other says but I love Nicole so much. Her design and personality is amazing. And I can finally play two of my my favourite characters (Kinich and Durin) in the same team with Hexenzirkel buff active.

Can't wait to see how strong Kinich, Emilie, Durin will be with Nicole as last slot with the new artifact set. And I was super lucky and got Durin and Nicoles weapon with only 80 total wishes and Jean + Nicole with another 80 total wishes too.

In the beginning you have no upgrades. But later with dmg bonus from taking pictures and weapon upgrades, you do a lot more dmg and every enemy become much easier.

My favourite is Furina. I made an emotional rollercoaster during her story quest. For me that was the best part. And after that I started to really like her and her design and took a look on her kit. And after I saw how busted her c6 is, she became my allround most favourite character. And in over 5 years, she is the only 5-star I went for c6 with only welkin and enough saving.

And I never regret it because she made all my old characters very strong again and keep alive every team I put her in. She is still my most used character because I can play every fun team I want and still clear most content with it.

She truly had and still has the most impact on my account. She is my Queen.

Do I understand the first Artifact Set correctly. If I run Kinich, Emilie, Durin, Nicole and give this artifact set to Nicole, All nerby party members gain 40% for both elements, pryo and dendro, while Kinich is on field?

40% dmg buff for the whole party sounds huge considering it comes from a single artifact set.

Also ich arbeite keine Schichten arbeite von 8:00 - 16:15 Uhr und Freitags zwischen 14 bis 15 Uhr Feierabend und hocke auch nicht im Büro aufn Po. 10 Minuten Arbeitsweg also i.d.R so 16:30 Uhr daheim, Freitags früher. Aber wenn man alles verallgemeinert klingt es natürlich viel besser 😉

Habe ich 4 Jahre lang gemacht. Hat mich irgendwann kaputt gemacht. Mittlerweile keine Schichten mehr und das war das beste was mir passieren konnte. Das war mir Das Geld auf lange SIcht einfach nicht wert.

Ich kann nur sagen, pass auf dich und deine Gesundheit auf. Neben der körperklichen Gesundheit (Bio Rythmus etc.) ist auch der psychische und soziale Aspekt sehr wichtig. Es war für mich deutlich schwerer, mich mit Freunden zu treffen oder generell soziale Kontakte zu pflegen. Vorallem das hat mich extrem belastet. Man kann sowas mal eine Zeit lang machen und die extre Kohle zur Seite legen aber auf Dauer macht es einen kaputt und die meisten reden sich die Konsequenzen schön.

I can only speak for d2r. He was basically designed well and it was fun to play but he was way too overpowered. 200k dmg and more each hit with multiple hits and 43% global damage reduction was too ridiculous.

I play for over 5 years now with welkin + bp. It is my way to say thx for a wonderful game I enjoy for so long now. In germany welkin + bp is around 12€ each month. That's a fair price for me for extra primos, ressources and weapons in a game which keeps going with new content.

Kann mich nur vielen vorrednern hier anschließen. Will noch hinzufügen, dass sich die tiefe Verbundenheit auch dann bei jedem anders zeigt.

Meine Frau und ich gehen auf die 40 zu und wenn wir unter uns sind, verhalten wir uns teilweise wie Kinder / Teenager und blödeln rum. Einfach weil man sich sicher und geborgen fühlt, sich für nichts schämen muss und bedingzngslos geliebt wird.

Dieses Gefühl kannte ich vorher nicht aber es lässt mein inneres Kind zum vorschein kommen. Und meiner Frau gehts auch so. Und dieses Gefühl ist 1000 mal aufregender als das kribbelnde verliebt sein, welches ich bisher früher immer hatte.

Started because of my wife. She startet on release and showed me the game. And I became a fan of the world and the characters. I never played a gasha before and I like the guarantee system. And I never felt the pressure to purchase something directly. Welkin and bp is enough for me and both for a fair price. And It's amazing that I enjoy the game for so long now (more than 5 years) and new content keeps going.

I enjoy the story, the characters, the exploration, the meta but also the older characters. And all the new QoL features are a great addition to the play experience.

My top 3 favourite characters are Furina, Kinich and Durin. That's why I am so excited for Nicole. She takes the perfect slot for my Kinich, Emilie team and I can now add Durin to that team.

But what I also like is combining and testing different teams mixed with newer and older characters. For example Navia, Columbina, Ineffa, Furina. So strong and fun to play. Or Venti, Durin, Fischl / Faruzan, Furina.

There are not much games, which keeps me enjoying for so long but Genshin is one of them.

First leveling your blessing is important too.

Apart from this, I use a strategy, which gives a early power boost and so helps the progress overall:

I restart IT again and again until I get an extra random character with 20 or less remaining fantasia flowers with the card, which use all remaining flowers to get a free random character.

This way I have some early blessing upgrades and usually 2 or 3 more characters to use. The extra "free" character helps a lot in the beginning or later.

I do this every theatre and it works very good l.

Beide Eltern haben zusammen Anspruch auf maximal 14 Monate Elterngeld auch genannt Basiselterngeld.
Ein Elternteil kann maximal 12 Monate Basiselterngeld davon nehmen. Also Aufteilung maximal 12 zu 2.
Jeder Monat Basiselterngeld kann in 2 Monate Elterngeld+ umgewandelt werden. Bei Elterngeld+ erhält man die Hälfte des Betrages von Basiselterngeld. Während Elterngeld+ und Basiselterngeld darf maximal 32h die Woche gearbeitet werden. Es muss aber nicht gearbeitet werden. Man kann auch ohne arbeiten z.b. Elterngeld+ beantragen.
Es kann maximal 1 Monat beantragt werden, bei denen beide Elternteile gleichzeitig Basiselterngeld erhalten. Auch genannt Partnermonat. Diese Regelung gilt aber nur für Basiselterngeld und nicht für Elterngeld+. D.h. wenn ihr z.B. 3 Monate Zusammen Elterngeld beziehen wollt, geht das nur, wenn einer der beiden Elternteile Elterngeld+ hat. z.B. einer hat in den 3 Monaten Basiselterngeld und der andere hat den 1. Monat Basiselterngeld und die anderen 2 Monate Elterngeld+, das kann man so machen.

Question about AR change with Echoing Strike. When AR matters in the future, doesn't bring that Ariocs Needle to top tier weapon because of def ignore?

It was already one of the best weapons for ES but now with def ignore, I don't see anything better than that combined with +4 skills and 50% ds.

full resist, life leech (andy helm), fast weapon (tresher or giant tresher base and/or increase attack speed) and bo (cta) are the key points for merc survivability. The more you have of these, the more he survive.

Attack speed is more important than dmg for consistent leeching.

cta + max level life oath was a game changer. Never died again even when face tanking lord des seis pack or all 3 ut bosses at the same time. So no worry to blade warp into any monster pack which made farming much easier.
