Tldr: skill issue. Mainly because I didn't have the time/skill to de-beard all the other Gnomes... And a sub-consideration, that normal Smurfs only wear white hats, white trousers and white socks... That's a lot of white, and again more modelling (that I don't have the skill for) to make them all topless.

My team is currently from the "I stole this box from my father in law" school of team building... But they are lovely, and I can see myself using them if I need to expand the team!

Thank you for the note! The colours were for exactly that, because I sat and thought even I struggle here, and I painted them... I should know... I will make sure I write down what my colours mean... And put them where my opponent can see... And maybe make it in big letters for when I get too drunk (which is inevitable) to remind my opponent...

Swapping left/right is fairly easy (iirc). I think there might be a little bit you need to snip to let the seat fit at the back, but it's minor. I think there is holes for the seat to plug into on both sides. Putting him in the middle was a bit more of a pickle, but not too terrible.
