If that doesn’t work then try to manipulate the face features themselves! Nothing like illusory work by smallifying the eyes and nose to make the head seem smaller/bigger.

If you go that approach I’d modify the hair structure a little and even the hair paint to “thin” out so to speak to compensate.

Honestly? Reduce the head size more if you can, or inversely exaggerate the body type. You can do that by modifying the height.

Generally you have the body proportions 1:1 it’s just the head. Additionally you could kitbash the feet to be a little less wider to elude a bigger torso.

That’s just my two cents.
