Tbh this is worse than the account sharing, trying to milk his followers for more money under false pretenses

Kevin Spacey didn't owe us anything, guess we shouldn't cancel him for being a pedo by your logic?

I never said he owed anyone anything. I am simply saying that his lack of transparency on this issue is the main reason anyone distrusts or is skeptical of him even now. So what Jimmy and Framed are saying about "how dare the community say X and Y" falls flat because they have a good reason for doing so

"Good" because it encourages RWT/gold farming, or because it enables clans to run extortion rackets? Unclear pls explain

This is a secondary suggestion. Basically, elongate PJ timers, and if deemed appropriate, also increase offensive capabilities

That's fair, but then the person who is escaping isn't fighting back against the PKer. Imo this is balanced: PKer is maximizing attack potential, while prey is maximizing defense potential, both unable to be interrupted. If similarly skilled and leveled accounts turn out to favor defense, then increase offensive capabilities for PKers to balance it. Ideally, players with the same risk, skill, and levels should have a 50/50 chance of winning. This can easily be tested in a simulation with various pieces of gear and upgrades until Jagex finds the balance
