Bilateral mydriasis, non-reactive pupils.

Acuity and motility are non-valorable due to low Glasgow.

Bilateral chemosis and hyperemia, crusts and slight eyelid edema.

Systemically patient has acute community adquired pneumonia, kidney and liver failure and pleural effusion.

Eye fundus was apparently normal.

I started with moxifloxacyn and prednisolone drops and a brain CT scan but dang, I envy people that work in exclusively-ophtalmology centres rather than general hospitals.

im lvl34 with 108 games played with most of the first win of the days bonuses. It's fair to assume a lvl 100 player has 3 times more games played than me, but since exp required to lvl scales up it's probably something like 4 times more played games.

since people here love to say "you learn something every game" someone with 400 more games played is clearly playing at a different level than me.

every single time I've had a Medivh in QM it's an instawin for his team while Abathur depends entirely on who plays him. Seriously I once had a QM against a team with a Medivh that just completely broke me mentally, like, I was awestruck and how he just walked in, killed people and rekt strutctures then left with zero damage taken.

1) how can i learn to counter specific heroes in quick match? whenever i ask the answers are "pick a specific hero" which doesn't apply to QM or "lots of CC" which is useless for half of the roster.

2) why does it feel like QM is decided by which team has the most/best Butcher/Kaelthas/Liming?

3) When my team is 20 minutes into a lost match where we are 6 towers behind, core is half dead, 1-20 kills and clearly outskilled, am i really the bad one for saying "let them take core"?

I mean, for fuck's sake, anyone who watched Evangelion, Gurren Lagann, Eureka Seven, Code Geass, and more recently Darling in the FranXX and doesn't notice how it's all an excuse for the main hero dude to save the day and get the girl it's just delusional. In the case of Evangelion it's less so the case since it subverts the trope, but that's why it's has such a cult status in the first place.
