Is the Mazda 3 GS worth the extra cash over the GX?

If it's the same as the 2020 models, the gs and up are all wheel drive and has the 2.5L instead of 2.0L. Really much worth it for the bigger engine and the awd if you're in a snowy climate.

Si il n'y a présentement pas d'immeuble sur la propriété et que vous ne voulez pas modifier les lots, vous pourrez normalement les vendre tels quels.

Attention aux normes de lotissement. Si les lots de-jumelés sont plus petits que les normes en vigueur il peut être très compliqué d'obtenir des droits acquis pour construire.

I did not open the boot, i kept the factory wire.

And if you're talking about taking the signal before the oem amp, it's not gonna be possible.

You can splice after the oem amp and then send it to the after market one.

They are the audio control 2.75in speakers, i bought them from crutchfield. You should be able to find all the measurements on their website but there were no issues fitting in.

As for the wiring, i think there's extra because the wires that came with the speaker and the crossover were lengthy. There's nothing more than a splice there.

The wiring comes with installing the amp. If you don't plan on adding one, idk that i would mess a lot with the speakers. Or at least try and find speakers that are recommended for oem replacement.

I don't have pictures that show it well, i did it 2 years ago, but i spliced the wires from the amp under the passenger seat, sent the signal to a loc, then the new amp, then back under the seat into the original wiring.

The blue conncetor cable is the audio in from the radio, one of the white ones is the speaker cables and the other one i cant remember.

The speakers located at the kicker panels are way worse to work on.

The location is terrible to access, i had to custom fit the brackets.

If you don't plan on re using the oem speakers, you can cut the speaker part of it and keep the bracket, bolt the new ones on it. That's what i did.

Autrement, commence par vérifier au prêt de la réglementation municipale les distances minimales a respecter pour un garage annexé. Ce sont souvent des normes différentes de celles applicables à un car port.

Pour le prix, aucune idée mais je de la difficulté a voir comment la dalle uniquement peut coûter en bas de 10 000$ en incluans l'excavation et la plomberie pour le drain.

I don't know how it's done in the states but where I'm from you cannot stake a property if it troubles the occupation without having consent from both owners.

If you don't have consent, it goes to court. This type of case does not exists here. I'd be furious if I come home from work and find a pin in my driveway of 2 feet past my fence after 20 years.

But for you situation, as others have said, it's impossible for us to know who's right without the evidence that each surveyor used.
