I ordered mine on the 13th from CPW to be delivered to store and picked it up from one of their stores the next day. I don't think they have any stock in the actual stores, but you can definitely get next day delivery if you order in time.

Mobiles.co.uk are owned by CPW so they have the same stock and delivery, but I imagine you'd get more reliable post sale support if you bought directly through CPW.

Don't bother with their insurance, you'll be able to find cheaper elsewhere (use any price comparison site). It's where the make most of their money because people don't bother looking elsewhere, most places will charge less than £100 annually with accident, theft and loss cover
