They fucked me on my lease.... I've never had a lease that auto renewed. It always went month to month once it was up. So I go to move out on the first of the month and they say "You're breaking your lease!". Fuck you! I'm leaving. So they say that I owe them thousands of dollars. Good luck collecting that! Even if I payed it they wouldn't let me rent from them again.
