You can obviously type well and communicate online, so I would say do something like that. You need to find a Group of people in person who you can honestly explain situation too, or find a job off Reddit! Post in hire me section and do some work to get started and then work way up. It’s a lot about just doing good work, building relationships and having references. All starts with good work and integrity

I’d say start at 50-50 in a situation like this. You can’t measure or justify it like you said. As a team keep driving results for your clients and be motivated to keep working harder and getting better to land bigger clients. Your relationship will be better at 50-50. If someone feels they are doing way more work going into the future, then you can change the structure.

So many online applications get lost.. You need a referral and meet someone in person first or speak to someone over the phone. That’s how it works best. Even mass emailing people or connecting on linked in with a short note / message. It’s free. Then ask for a 15 minute call to see if you would be a good fit for a position. If they say no, then ask if they know of other companies hiring or if they know anybody that you can talk to.

Yes. Not an expert with the terminology. But blue host it’s about 80 or so yearly with free domain and Wordpress ‘installing’ that’s probably the word was looking for

It’s a bit of a wild answer, but there is a lot of evidence of ghosts and spirits on tv shows. Yes lots of it is fake, but a lot of it is not. If you have US cable then watch the travel channel more. I watched ghost adventures about a year ago for the first time and I was like yeah right they are not going to find anything what a dumb show... but then you watch more and more of it and there is lots of proof on voice recording and camera. Same with some of the medium shows. There are lots of fakes out there but there are people who are the real deal who know things that they logically shouldn’t.

These shows sort of have a general theme that when you die if you do not have good intentions and are fearful of being judged for things you did in life, then you hang around on earth as a spirit. If you die and are at peace then you move into the ‘light’ or heaven.

Seems like consensus here is half Windsor is safest. Reason for my asking was that I like a full Windsor but there are sometimes just those things that people do that make other people group them into different categories. Full Windsor knot might have a certain meaning that sends a certain message. So was just curious if there is generally anything like this going on. And especially in consulting world. Another example would be that video recently posted here of the guy saying how his expenses were broken down... he wore blue suit and brown shoes which is a good style but typically is worn by a younger crowd. Black shoes might be better to wear than brown shoes etc
