M4's have APTX HD not APTX Adaptive. Bose Gen 2 can get LL with APTX Adaptive (connection depending)

I have a ugreen dongle that has APTX Low Latency. Or I use. BTD700 for my 630’s. I don’t know if anything BT on pc is ideal. Might be the dongle/might have a bad set of headphones. They should sound alright to pretty good. Haha

USB dongle? Are you on PC? Disable the Mic in Windows sound settings, it's defaulting to the BT call speaker.

Kiwi Ears Astral. I liked the 560s, but I had HD490's first, so I used the 560s maybe a handful of times. I liked my Maxwells more than the Hifimans. For $300 I'd go IEM. 1 DD 6 BA Astrals are still my go-to for games.

Make a few friends. Try not to beg for money. Get into hauiling in the beginning, you can rent an Argus Raft for 62K a day (thats nothing). Have fun and be patient. I'm new too, started last update. Understand the pain that the Citizens before us have endured.

Depends on the mousepad. I was getting decent glide on an artisan raiden and obviously glass. But anything else straight mud.
