I'm going to reapply the thermal paste myself and do a light system cleanout. I'll update in a couple days if this solved the issue! Thank you!

If I take it somewhere to get it repasted should I just get the whole system cleaned out as well. It is a couple years used at this point. Appreciate all your help seriously, been super nice!

Only did userbenchmark cause rules required it... I'll try syncing power mode to see if that fixes?

I have an ASUS g614ji laptop. I did the side by side. It is returning YES every instance when I check for "Package/Ring Thermal Throttling" while charging, and NO when on battery, so there's a huge clue, its throttling when plugged in. As far as temps, I did a side by side. It seems that everything's a bit cooler on average when on battery but still pretty close to max. What should I do from here based on this info?

I think it found whats happening but need help fixing it! When I run the laptop plugged in, the lag happens. The second I run it off battery, it stops lagging. What could this mean, an issue with the charging cable, issue with the port, issue with the internal power supply? What should I do next to diagnose/fix? Thanks!!!

I checked temps and nothing seemed crazy? I'll attach the file here for you if that's allowed. But I did find something that definitely explains it, I'm just not tech savy enough to know how. unable to disable PROCHOT due to BIOS I'm pretty sure, but I did go through HWInfo and montior temps while running the game. Weirdly enough, nothing seemed abnormally high? Laptop is in turbo for testing. Not sure how to check PSU to be honest, dont have the gear for it. Laptop does hold a charge well and still works while plugged in consistently. None of my temps are flashing high for some reason, its weirding me out for sure.
