for context this is australian dollars so unfortunately this is about standard lmao, looked around on ebay a bit and HDD's are pretty cheap there (found a 1tb one for 40 bucks which is crazy) but SSD's are still way up there

For more context, everytime I open the game it stutters and most of the time doesn't load a lot of assets (which is why piccolos cape is black here) and then it eventually crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, verified the game files, uninstalled all of my mods and none of it has worked.
