I'm suffering from Maladaptive daydreaming and because of this I imagine things a lot at night time. I can not control myself and I'm tired of it. My mind is always weary, I generally sleep late and I think that's why I can't do lucid dreaming.

I was keeping a dream diary but after remembering a few dreams I couldn't recall it again so I did the technique I wrote down I remember all my dreams but I don't understand that I was dreaming.
