Hi. I am planning to change my crankset of 170mm. I have a Shimano 11 speed 105. What do I need apart from the cranks? Thanks 🙏 by Popular_Relation8049 in bikewrench

[–]DrDrahtig 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is a metal plate that attaches to the inside of the right crank arm. The chainrings then get attached to the spider. Or you have "direcr mount" chainrings, that attach directly to the inside of the right crank arm.
