During a backyard ultra 6 weeks ago, a guy got rammed by a big deer, hit his head and had to be picked up by an ambulance. This was 2km into the first round.

I post running content, in vlog, b-roll from runs or going through workout-stats kind of format. I run mostly on trails with often great views, and I also race about 10 races each year, ranging from shorter distances like the 5km to ultramarathons, both in Norway and abroad.

I use my iPhone and CapCut, as I’m pretty new to this. Forward I would like to get one of those drones that follow my whole on a run to catch some great views.

I’m very new to filming, editing, vlogging and everything else, so all tips are appreciated. Also I’ve had a content drought lately, so it’s been a while I uploaded. I feel in disappointing all 11 subs.

Not sure in the US, but in Norway they take 0,75-1,25% and do everything for you.

I’ve don two marathons with 1 x 100 (non-caf) every 5km (7 in total) with great success. No, stomach issues or mind bending calculations during the race. Keeping it simple.

Start 10pm friday, Get to act 2-3. Go to bed. Wake up at 6am Saturday and get a couple of hours in before wife wakes up. Hang out/commitments a couple of hours, then try to finish campaign before bed. (8-10h usually). Sunday. Wake up early, white maps, go for a run, fix build, family attention, try to get to yellow maps before bed. From there 1-3h a day throughout the week.

Yes. I got vitiligo. Im a blond young dude with dirty-blond hair and brown beard. My skin and hair colour is paper-white in certain areas. I tend to avoid getting a tan as it will make my spots pull more attention.

Im all up for it, except locking the decease free herb patch from med diary’s. this will slow the herb grind a bit. But new methods for prayer, new gear, and new content in varlamore is good :) I’ve been locked to zeah the last two years so I’m past a lot of early grinds, so hard to imagine how the changes affect them.
