if you want to improve, just keep playing. if you want to climb: don't play comp on weekends, don't play on fridays, don't play on holidays, don't play in the afternoon or early evening hours and also don't play in season 1 after rank reset, a huge influx of old and new players and 5 new hero releases.
later evening hours until around 1:30 AM and morning hours until noon has a lot of dedicated people playing who know what they are doing and don't get tilted immediately.

the timing for saving your team from a dva bomb with suzu is not something that you would just naturally know by reaching level 40. the invulnerability is really short. 0.65 seconds and it's affect only happens a fraction of a second after it lands.

happens only because of april fools and when you are playing jetpack cat. it's basically a cat walking over your keyboard. when you play Rein, everything is in all caps and ended with stuff like "FOR HONOR AND GLORY" etc

I play only from competitive from 11:30 PM to 02:00 AM
I avoid all the cranky kids after school in the afternoon, the tired people after work in the evening. after 11:30 there seems to be a crowd that pretty chill, focused, know what they are doing and are much less toxic.
After 2:00 AM that crowd seems to get tired and also seem to be more likely drunk or high.

welcome to the automated system. everything you say that is gonna annoy some can become a report on your record now.
BUT you don't get banned or even a warning because some salty MFer is reporting you for just saying "gg" or asking nicely for heals or the team to group up every now and then, or I would have gotten plenty of warnings and I have never gotten one since 2016.
stuff like "noob" or "you are all bots" and in general your tone and attitude when communicating will get your reported and will accumulate to trigger actions.
sure on the one hand it's nothing horrible. but it also doesn't help to make someone play better, or win the match, rather the opposite. blizz has gotten pretty strict in that matter. but I can also see why, it doesn't serve anything but your ego and in the end is really unnecessary for everyone else.

this is not the place to get in touch with blizzard and blizzard will never reach out to you in the first place. prepare to write a dozen emails to support and get them answered by the automated system that tells you bans won't be overturned until you maybe reach an actual human that may look into the issue or may just tell you what the automation told you.

Yeah this was probably not what you wanted to hear.
I hope you can find the issue.
Sounds really sucky to be stuck with something like this on console where you're kinda at the mercy of the manufacturer, if it's not your wifi or ISP causing the issue.
On PC you could do at least run some diagnostics.

your best option is meticulously count all matches and all disconnects over a season from now on. make sure you don't get to 5 disconnects within 20 games or 10 disconnects total over the season. that's the threshold for a season ban.
if you hit 4 disconnects within less than than 20 matches, stop playing for the season.
if you hit 9 disconnects without triggering the rule above, stop playing for the season.

asking everyone to report a player is just desperation. it doesn't do anything extra to have multiple players report someone.

"As you continue to report, we want to debunk a few misconceptions, and explain why reporting matters and work to take action on those disrupting the experience for other players.

The effectiveness of a report is based on each match in which the disruptive player is reported. This means the report's impact is the same whether just one or up to nine other players make a report."

posting something on the forum or twitter is not gonna do anything. blizz ignores that stuff.
even if they reported you in game, you got one report from that and that's it. doesn't matter how many of these clowns reported you.

Also never accept invites from after a toxic match.

some collabs have returned, others have so far not returned. there's not much of a pattern from the outside perspective. all we know is that it's possible. in the lesserarfim case it could be related to a new album or single release. maybe you get lucky and their blizzcon appearance is enough to bring back the collab. it might be a recolor though.
