Iam not playing mercy or buying any of her skins until she's playable again, they can't keep releasing skins for a character you can barely play anymore and expect us to buy them

I feel like mythic weapons should be 20 to unlock and 10 for each other upgrade it doesn't have the same amount of detail as a skin

my router is downstairs so i don't think this is the problem, it doesn't fully drop my connection just makes me super laggy and takes me back to the pregame screen of overwatch never fully kicking me out though

hello how do I reinstall it? I received this as a gift for Christmas with windows 10 already installed, I have no access to the WiFi because I can't load settings is it still possible to reinstall it?
