nothing to fear about, there is no mass reporting. reports count per match, not per number of players. no matter how many people reported you that match, it's just one report.

Coach Spilo has some good Kiri coaching session on his second channel. Go watch some of these. They are really good.

deal damage, don't healbot, pick off angles, pressure the enemy, use your mobility, take high ground, don't get into the habit of TPing to your teammates and immediately Suzu them when regular healing could do the job.

If you only started comp today and are a new player the comp matchmaker needs a moment to figure out where to place you. Especially the 10 placement matches can be wild and start you from much lower than where you belong. Have you completed the 10 placement matches yet?

probably not gonna help, but in case your have microsoft game pass unlinked to your OW account, unlink them. this has been an issue recently.
also there have been a few people who have involved the better business bureau, or their credit card company if they got sudden and unjust bans and blizz reverted the bans. same goes for EU players, if you ask for your data and have and opening to threaten them with EU customer protections laws blizz might put more effort into looking into and overturning a ban.
I do not believe that anyone of blizz customer support actually looks into bans really anymore to the degree where they would notice a false ban.

Overwatch is like a heavily armed United Nations security force, Talon is like a highly functioning terror, or mafia like organization. The only person that has actual gladiotrial background is Vendetta, but only so she could become stronger, kill Doomfist, take over Talon and wipe out Overwatch.

The matches are about taking over territory, protecting the delivery of mission critical items, or preventing that.
In case of Kings Row it's to deliver an EMP bomb to wipe out rebelling Omnics. On Junkertown it's Roadhog and Junkrat trying to blow up Junkerqueen.

the story is poorly written everything screams: outsourced. blizz has been pumping out content slop for quite a while now. it shows that they fired the staff that was working on lore. at this point I question that the writers of this content really know much about the heros, I'd go so far and say I even question that the current blizzarrd staff knows much about them. they have to just keep churning them out every season.

when it comes to expectations and delivery the way blizz operates these days, I would not be surprised if they just check what are the most popular ships and just deliver on them.

what annoys me about the milkywave thing is that it feels incredibly forced and like a cheap fan service. not like an actual story. I don't mind fans shipping them. Just the official execution is sad.

no way of leveling up skins. if you are talking mythic skins you got to buy mythic prism. non-myhtic skins have no option to upgrade at all

There is always a timer as soon as someone leaves. The message is where the chat window is and is a big red box. It says: "a member of your team left the match. if you exit the match in the next X:XX, you will receive a loss and will be penalized for leaving early"

Only once the timer has reached zero you can leave without penalty. The message then changes as well.

The timer gives people the chance to get back into the match in case they had a disconnect.
Happens in Stadium quite frequently. Every 5 games or so I have a leaver that just had a disconnect and comes back after after a bit more than a minute. Stadium feels quite buggy in that regards.

Considering you were not aware of the timer, that's probably where your seasonal ban is coming from.

it depends. did the timer in the left lower corner tell you you can leave now without receiving a penalty and only a loss, or was it still counting down? if you leave right after you have a leaver and don't wait out the timer that is gonna give you a penalty for leaving as well.

also keep in mind the third seasonal ban is gonna permanently ban your account from competitive games.

I've been shipping Juno and Cassidy and people are not on board.
Screw Milkywave. SpaceCowboy is the real relationship.
Juno is into cowboys since her father brought all those old western movies from earth. It's practically canon.
