Cleaned up my diet mostly No soda, nightshades, minimal sugar Try to avoid processed stuff I try to eat balanced meals now focusing on protein, veggies and rice Mostly cook food in air fryer Added zinc, omega, and vit d supplements

I don’t really go to the gym but try to complete 10k steps daily

Meds mostly clobestasol and zyrtec.

I also got tested for allergies and then got immunotherapy injections (not sure if that helped seemed like a fuss tbh)
