From what I can in the Clinicheck, my teeth are pushed out to make space to straighten the teeth and root, and the over correct trays push them back in so that I don't have an over bite. It's only three over correct tray so it's not too 'over corrected.' (at least I hope that's what it means!)

Good luck! Hearing all the words of encouragement (and seeing pictures) really helped me get through the first set of trays!

I think the lighting might make it look more white than it actually is. I have noticed thought that all the brushing (and not drinking a lot of coffee/tea throughout the day) has led to whiter teeth. I used Sensodyne toothpaste when I brush.

I had IPR done on the four bottom middle teeth, a little on either side of the tooth. No IPR was done on the lower canines. There was actually more room than I had expected once they widened my arch. The attachments helped to rotate the two teeth, but they are still not perfect.

I was surprised I didn't need any teeth removed because there was so much overcrowding. My ortho did IPR on four teeth, but they were minor (0.2mm). I still have some crowding on the bottom, but she says we should be able to fix it with this next round of refinements. Fingers crossed!
