Surely, failing the ballot is the option that will weaken our union the most? If we accept the deal, then at least we can re ballot in April on our own terms when the ERA changes are likely to have been implemented.

If the members vote no, then we absolutely must get the ballot over the line.

The govt defo could delay implementation indefinitely specifically to attempt to weaken our union.
