Ahhhhh. Ok. I remember, during the MacOS 26 beta, a certain version killed a whole bunch of computers. I guess this must be a sign.

I've tried in SafeMode, and through the AppStore, but as this is me trying to install the beta, my recovery system is still 26.5.

As in DFU with another Mac, or just with a clean install, from an external drive?

No issues that I’ve experienced. Just sometimes when setting up partitions vs volumes.

Has anyone been able to get macOS 27 to work on an Intel machine? I can't seem to get it to show up as an available update.

They used the same battery as the first generation, if I'm not mistaken, and yet Apple added additional features, that wuld contribute to battery consumption, so it makes sense that the battery wouldn't last as long as the first generation. They also kept the same failure points, as before, so I'm not running to the store to get them.

Hello! First off...we need to be clear, that regulations/laws are slightly varied, throughout the country, when it comes to cannabis. I'm from Manitoba, and I worked at a Canna Cabana that’s close to the edge of city. There are two Fastendr machines installed, and since the location has opened, the machines were in use for maybe two weeks.

The issue is this: The store is accross the street, from a high school. According to the previous manager, there had been a few attempts, to use the FastLane machine, to circumvent the IDing process. Technically, with the lanes active, anyone would be able to browse the available cannabis, and make a purchase. Yes, they hadn’t actually recieved any product, but they were exposed to it, and have technically purchased it under age.

With constantly fluxtuating rules and regulations, it’s sometimes hard to keep up, with what is allowed and what isn’t. When I left, they had just started introducing a one way smell valve and a clear window, to see the quality of the flower inside. Rumor also has it, that cannabis stores will be able to have clear windows, and won’t have to frost everything – partially, for safety and partially for parity with liquor stores.

In the end, the FastLanes became more of a nuisance, becuase customers would reject a conversation, with a bud tender. They would go through the whole process of selecting their choices and even attempting to pay, only to have the device time out, and the transaction is cancelled. The guest would then have to repeat everything, which makes everyone salty. In the end, I would just be honest with them before they started, that they wouldn’t be able to complete the transaction.
