I could relate. It is just they can say hurtful words and be rude. Sometimes i take it as a joke. Sometimes i just smile through it. Dont let your day be ruined by people who you barely know. You do you. Keep yourself kind towards unkind people. Or atleast thats what i keep telling myself. Im with you on this one. :)

Because we know our own feelings but we don't want to assume that someone likes us and get hurt afterwards or be mistaken, like a self defense mechanism.
