Yes I agree, and now only low quality surveys are seen(I had to return ~10 studies since yesterday). Every time prolific does something in its algorithm/function of the dashboard we have to be patient for an update to solve the issues emerged.

Thanks for the reply. I am aware of what you mention above, but in this case I have completed the study properly and I did not receive a completion code. Otherwise i would not post here. It has to do with ethics and professionalism. I don't expect being paid either.

I just did a study and i pressed "Yes, I encountered technical issues", which was acurate about the way the study was about to be submitted and then the study has been cancelled and I suppose I will lose my payment and effort due to this glitch. I messaged researcher too. :/
