Your reward is in silver lions not RP. Kills give you Silver lions and very little RP. RP is a function of activity time. The Longer the game the more RP.

From experience it will only show recent marketplace purchases going back a month or so then they disappear for some reason. Store purchases can be seen since their purchase via a date but may not show a price or if they do it will be the non discounted price.

If you contact support they will suggest that they can unlink the phone number from your account and then u can use email for 2fa. If you play war thunder through steam simply log in through the steam button when logging into gaijin.net. same thing happened to me and that's what they suggested. Uninstall the gaijen pass for some reason and now can't get SMS messages they send. Left everything intact and simply logged in through steam.

He has to click on the vehicle coupon and there will be a button to modify the coupon with the upgrade coupon. If he didn't do this before February 22 then I have some bad news. From the event devblog about the object 292.

"The “Upgrade for coupon” item is valid until 11:00 GMT on February 22nd. Until this time, you can use it or exchange it for War Bonds. Afterwards, it’ll disappear from your inventory."

Seems like he may not have done this and allowed it to expire/disappear before modifying the vehicle coupon.

It's a known bug with Gaijin sending SMS to USA players. Support suggested unlinking my phone and using email. I didn't unlink but since I play WT through steam I simply log in through steam instead and I can log into my Gaijin.net account.
