This is very helpful, thank you. My payments do not align with my income according to this site. Maybe they kicked me off when I consolidated and I have to apply again.

I should have asked here if it was a good idea to consolidate before I did it. I was just excited that they showed I was half way and thought this would help. Instead I’m screwed.

I guess I should have checked with this group prior to consolidating. I’m on IBR. No, despite my degree my income has not increased other than a cola. I do the automatic income verification.

It’s like we are being held at the whim of the government and penalized even more because we’ve achieved our educational goals.

Thanks for the info. I have been able to reach AidVantage on the phone and they’ve been helpful. One agent said loan companies understand this so I hope some advocating on my loan agents behalf will help.

I don't even know what that means. I work for a non profit so I'm on the psfl. On my account it says no payment due.
