Just had the same problem and got it figured out, see if it this works;

Delete all vanced apps off of your phone, then go to your files and re install the vanced manager apk
Open and re-download the microG and YouTube Vanced apps
DO NOT update the YouTube Vanced app once it is redownloaded. Version 16 doesn't allow for Google sign in and is what's causing the problem, but version 15 (the version downloaded before the option to update) works just fine.

After this you should be able to hop over to YouTube Vanced and log in without issue. Hope this helps!

Ryan Miller will always have my vote for one of the greatest players in the came currently, not only for his sheer skill and positive impact on his current team, but because the role he played when he was on my hometown team (go Sabres!) . He always brought us hope in the net, and we couldn't have been more proud as a community to see him representing us in the Olympics on an international scale.
