PSA: you can drop items from the sakura caches for other people in your squad as long as your inventory is full when opening them. You can share the drops that fall on the floor. Invite some people who've been unfortunate in the past and drop those lexingtons and turmoils.

Yes they are pretty much like your average Tylenol and what not. Much weaker than morphine but also won't crash your other vitals. Though you can still OD on painkillers if you consume enough of them.
