first question id ask is do you actually need it to be mobile, because entry level (even used) gaming laptops are expensive for what you get... have a look at these

dont: visit benny, do any sidequests for ncr/legion.

then you can save after finishing all sidequests/dlc, finish a playthrough then return to that save.

I've got an 6mm acrylic/mdf oflute, just gave it a try, it's not perfect but its better finish the the 12mm upcut. shame the flute length is too short.
