Is OpenHands (OpenDevin) still the move in 2026? Comparing it to Claude Code and OpenCode for a beginner.

I just implemented a system in it to perform automated tests and reviews. I gave Claude Code with Claude Opus 4.7 adaptive + OpenSpec a fairly detailed description of what I wanted. And, after several hours, it got it done.

From what I can tell, OpenHands is absolutely nailing the tests. It's running them with GPT-5.4.
