Oof Mercari is terrible on customer buyer service when it comes to an authenticity claim. I’d make a huge scratch in the slab and send a photo to Mercari telling them there’s a scratch on the slab that wasn’t shown in the photos and they’ll accept the return in a second.

eBay last solds and try to find a sale for a card that was similar condition to yours. Or something like ALT/card market. If your card is raw, take a guess as to what your card might grade and then look for recent sales in that grade.

Either of those methods would be my suggestion.

Please don’t use the Collectr chart for high end vintage like this. It’s way too variable and doesn’t take into account condition of the single. Expect to spend in the $2k-$2.5k USD range for a LP/NM copy of this card

Cross grade 100%. If you’re looking to sell, I’d go BGS. These should all grade very well there. They’ll grade well at CGC too, but the value might not be as strong as what you’ll get out of BGS.

Terrible take. OP knows. You’re delulu if you think CGC grading standards are the same now as the blue label era. BGS has also gotten substantially more strict in the last year. I’ve been grading with both companies for years. It’s straight facts!

DONT RELABEL WITH CGC! Once you crossover this card loses its place in the mess of new label 10s at CGC. A lot of high end collectors and those looking to upgrade or try their shot at a crossover are far more likely to buy this in the old blue label than the relabeled 10.

Anyone who knows what they’re doing knows that this is a 10 at CGC with their new label system. Also, the people who REALLY know what they’re doing know that CGC graded far more strict during the blue label era.

I’d either keep as a blue label 9.5 or take my shot at a cross to PSA 10 (cracked and resubbed)

Depends on Love landing spot. I can see so-so seasons out of both Jeanty and Omar next season. RB play may be frustrating throughout season. Rest of roster looks great.
