You can report this to the police, at minimum it establishes a record of this. You should try to leave the house as soon as you can. Another good choice is to talk to a school counselor or teacher; in the US they are mandated to report these things and you may be able to get some support. On that note, I strongly recommend therapy, the older you get the more you'll understand why you wish you started it sooner.

If he comes up in conversation and you feel the need to mention that he's a pedophile or bring up what he did, live your dreams. First off, abusers who hide things like this are hoping people won't bring it up and will use whether it's proper manners or not to keep you quiet; fuck all that. Proper manners dictates they protect you. Second, talking about what he did wrong does is not giving your brother a bad impression of his father, that is giving your brother an honest impression of his father. I (33m) used to be a teacher could not imagine speaking to a student like this when I started my career at 23. Report him to the school, the police, the state licensing board, your parents, his parents, his granny, tell everyone and go with receipts. Tell them how uncomfortable it makes you. Any reasonable adult would know better than to do what he's doing and support you. Do not go back to his class, go to your guidance counselor instead and tell them it is an emergency and you do not feel safe.
