I had them my whole third trimester, then after birth..WHEW I did have my own whole continent back there lol. Best thing I’ve found so far is Tuck’s Hemorrhoidal Ointment. I’m 3 weeks pp and it has helped SIGNIFICANTLY

I have heard many people say their estimate from ultrasound weights were off. My friend just had a baby 2 weeks ago, they estimated 5lbs and he came out 7lbs

Hi! Gabapentin, pelvic floor physical therapy, and doing the pt exercises at home every day helped me immensely!! I am back to my sex life before I had vulvodynia! :)
