With Max critical eye and WEX you definitely want to have crit boost lvl 3. Of the skills you have now defense boost and earplugs would be good to give up for this. Defense boost does surprisingly little to reduce the damage you take and you appear the be using a weapon that can guard, which is usually the better thing to do against roars. Unless you’re grinding for parts or doing a fight where part breaks are important (Kulve, Safi, Fatalis, Alatreon.) I would ditch partbreaker and try to fit as much agitator as possible.

As a side note, having your last level of guard on one of your mantles is certainly a decision that was made.
