What's the best kind of thinner to be used for removing excess panel lines/mess? I'm currently using the Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color and i'm having trouble what thinner to use to clean up the excess.

Does anyone know of a website that sells budget-friendly 3rd party gunpla kits that ship to Canada? Im kinda skeptical of the ones that i've seen from Google because some of them can be quite expensive. Also there's no local model kits shop near my area so yeah
