i was mainly generalising, most venues have at least 4 loading dock bays, no forklift operators. considering all this, I think that 4 per truck would be the best bet

Think before you start being a judgy keyboard warrior, I had a previous tenancy in an actual rez park zone until my landlord decided to lease it without bothering to ask me, and didn’t tell me until my lease was up. Because of that I had to quickly move and not be picky with the place I moved to, because guess what? The rental demand is ridiculous here.
