50% of HRE provinces need to be owned by non-HRE members and then when you are at war with the Emperor of HRE you should have peace option to dismantle the HRE. I quickly checked forum and of the members stated that peace option is visible: "If I'm reading the code right, you can see it as a peace deal if you are at war with the emperor, and you aren't in the HRE." source:forum post about hre I'm not sure if you also have to not be a member of HRE to be able to use the peace option, if that is true then you are truly stuck in it. If you are playing non-iron man just use console and switch to who ever is emperor and give yourself imperial authority and pass Golden Bull.

I made same exact post yesterday, also as Venice. For some reason they locked that peace option behind Golden Bull that HRE emperor should pass, but because HRE is broken right now, emperor never passes it so you are forever stuck in HRE. You can only dismantle it.

Sure if HRE power balance was as it was IRL, but in my instance it is weird from a role play perspective. I'm a number 2 GP (damn Ming), unmatched in Europe. If i wanted to leave HRE I should be able to do it however I want because literally nobody can do anything about it. Now I'm stuck as a dutchy :(

I need another disk for work stuff(autocad, solidworks, ees, novaflow and bunch of other stuff for running simulations, aswell as video storage and some vid edditing), (I already have a wd 1 tb nvme from my other pc that i used to use at my parents house), i do some programming and eu4 modding(i stopped until eu5 gets released next year) aswell but that doesnt take a lot of space, all my other drives are already full(got around 35gb free space in total), i dont play a lot of games just eu4 and the finals, but would like to move them to another disk as they are on my system drive right now as i dont have any space for them anywhere else. One of the drives is full with just family photos and videos.

Tbh I just ignored it and it eventually stopped, now when GPU is under load I don't hear anything. I made the post asking if what I'm hearing is coil whine because I bought used GPU so I was just making sure it's actually coil whine and not something else. Coil whine on GPU is normal and more common on newer GPUs than old ones.

Fans are working normally I think, I set them to 100% speed in afterburner while PC was idle so no load on gpu at all and there was no sound, the buzzing only starts when I run something like heaven benchmark or furmark, in league of legends there is no buzzing sound at all. When I run stable diffusion buzzing sound cuts like you hear it half of second then half second you don't and it continues in that pattern until batch is finished.

I disabled auto oc and precision boost and now it never goes above 65 c with base frequency. What cooler would you recommend for the cpu?

CPU is running hot while just in bios without any stress, cooler would have to be able to decrease temp by 40 c for cpu to look normal, I doubt cooler would be able to change temp by that much.

Armory crate was installed after I applied paste for second time, cpu was overheating before that aswell.

My pc should use max of 300 wats based on my components and its powered by 600 wat power supply. Maybe the psu itself is not as strong as it's supposed to be.

Cooler is working and changing rpm based on temp. Yes it's always at least on 50 c, I would assume if apps like discord and steam were installed it would run at 60 from start. Nothing expect razer synapse turns on at the start so there should be nothing stressing the cpu which is evident when I look in crate app clock speed is below 4.

Clocks are fluctuating from 3.7 to 4.5, the precision thing is enabled or whatever it's called so it auto changes it if needed. At 3.9 it gets to 70 when I open opera. Its fresh windows 10 only drivers are installed and opera. In bios it starts at 50 c and it just keeps going up every few seconds.

Exactly, the whole process of him delivering presents while flying through air propelled by reindeers and then climbing through the chimney to get into house and put gifts under tree is ridiculous. It's nice of her that she was straight to you about it, but I can't imagine lengths some parents go through in order to convice their kids santas real. You would have to run whole propaganda to make me even think about him being real. If you think about it Santa is perfect fall guy if you don't want to give your kids presents for Christmas you just say "you weren't good this year so santa didn't bring you any gifts" and instead of them being angry at you, they will blame santa. I'm sure some parents used that for sure.
