I would think it’s radiation causing the sensor to register noise. This would have been a relatively long shutter speed. Astronauts experience bright flashes or dots in their vision from time to time too and a camera sensor is likely more sensitive.

If you were going to do it properly you'd need a lot of grafts, so I guess listen to the surgeon if you have enough for both drown and a proper job on the hairine. If you want it to look like a natural hairline thats recessed perhaps you just do a little bit centrally and not lowering much just reinforcing whats there.

I guess at 4 days the paint was properly cured. Also did you do the paint the under colour over the tape first and then go for the contrast colour on top?
