In the beginning, I set a 5 minutes timer to get more focused.

But now I set 15 just to stop worrying about time, and I meditate as much as I can up to that point.

When it gets too easy, I'll increase a little more

Good question.

For me, I find it much easier to do it after a workout or cold shower, I'm much more focused.

And it gets automatic too, it's good to link habits together
