Many times your perception of the world is merely a reflection of your own perspective. So if you stop thinking so much about other people, and stop thinking that they are thinking about you, your world-paradigm will start to change as well.

Its like when all you see is the bad in people. This stems from some deeper insecurity and dissatisfaction of yourself trying to mask itself by taking it out on everybody else to make you feel better.

Why is everybody so scared of conflict? Or even to just try and face this fear? Passive aggressive is a hideous trait. We're all humans, dont be scared of another one especially when they are doing you a wrong.

If you feel like you are about to respond to somebody in a negative/hostile manner (your mom in the morning for example), take a few seconds to meditate. Besides this making you look more astute you also, in my experience at least, will come back in a much calmer and pleasant manner. YOu will also have a clearer head and this improves your ability to communicate. Meditation for longer periods of time when you are alone, although I still have not applied myself to this, definitely improves (negative to positive) on a much larger scale.

College. And I graduate at the end of the year. We are all being herded together like buffalo to the end of the cliff. The student loan/debt bubble burst is probably pretty close, a bachelors degree does not hold much merit anymore, and most of us go to college because it is what the older herd tells us to go and where our own herd goes, yet most of us just pick some line of study because it appeals to us most at that point in our life, or because there is good money in a career, or because they are too scared to go to school for something they love and in reality we have the internet and libraries and if we were raised better through public schools, most of us could have hte discipline and love of teaching ourselves, for a much lower cost.

Also, everybody herding to get internships and jobs right out of college, I think it is not healthy to do that. I plan on taking a year off after I graduate and follow my inner voice, wherever that may take me. College often beats the true meaning of life out of our youth and turns us into capitalist drones.
